*Maggot Art for kids - maggots are an integral part of crime scene investigations and for children, a basic introduction into the life cycle of insects and the role they play in nature. Maggot paintings are used in classrooms as a scientific learning tool. The Coroner’s Office gets its maggots from a fishing supply store and they are not harmed as we only use non-toxic water-based paint.
