When do you need a grading (GESC) permit?
A GESC permit is required for any land disturbance that exceeds 5,000 square feet.

How long will my review take?
The Engineering Service Division’s goal is to complete all reviews as quickly as possible, primarily on a first come first serve basis, however in periods of high workloads reviews may take up to 3 weeks.
2.
When do you need a grading (GESC) permit?
A GESC permit is required for any land disturbance that exceeds 5,000 square feet.
