Arapahoe County’s Emergency Rental Assistance program moratorium went into effect on Sept. 1 while the County works through a backlog of applications. Until further notice, we will only accept applications from people who are in the court process of evictions. They will be required to provide a copy of their court notice to be given the link for the application. All application requests should go to housingassistance@arapahoegov.com, and the requests should provide a copy of their court documents. Once we’ve verified that we will provide an application link.
