As Election Day 2021 approaches, Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPCs) will open this Monday, Oct. 25. All seven VSPCs will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 30 from 10 a.m. –2 p.m. They will also be open from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 2.
At any of these locations, voters may drop off their mail ballot, register to vote, get a replacement ballot and vote in-person with paper ballots or on ADA compliant devices.
October 25 is an important deadline for requesting and returning mail ballots. After Oct. 25, Arapahoe County can no longer mail ballots to voters. If a voter needs a new or replacement ballot, they must go in-person to a VSPC. Additionally, after Oct. 25, the United States Postal Service cannot guarantee delivery to the County in time to be counted. After that date, voters must return ballots to one of the 34 secure ballot drop boxes available across the county instead of dropping it in the mail.
This year—at three specific VSPCs in Aurora, Centennial and Littleton—voters can receive ballots from the comfort and convenience of their car with curbside ballot pickup. Voters can use this link or call 303-795-4511 to schedule an appointment any day our VSPCs are open. At the scheduled time, a voter can park in a designated spot and a voter services specialist will bring a replacement ballot to their vehicle and check their ID.
Remember, ballots must be returned to a 24-hour drop box or VSPC no later than 7 p.m. on Nov. 2!
