Vaccine distribution improving but still challenging

Although the new presidential administration in Washington, DC has made the rollout of the COVID vaccines a top priority, numerous distribution hurdles remain.

As state and local agencies and providers struggle with an inconsistent federal supply chain, they’re continuing to put policies and vaccination centers in place for when new vaccine doses do arrive. Arapahoe County residents and business owners should visit the Tri-County Health Department’s vaccine information page to get information about vaccination progress—another 32,000 doses were administered this week—to find a provider, or to figure out how to get yourself or a loved one scheduled for an appointment.
