Fermented sauerkraut is a good source of both dietary fiber & probiotics, believed to improve digestion & gut health. Learn the art & science of fermenting your own sauerkraut in this hands– on workshop. Be ready to roll up your sleeves and chop some cabbage.
Participants will also receive recipes & directions to safely ferment sauerkraut, kim chi, yogurt and a variety of fermented foods.
Workshop fee is $30 and includes taking home a quart jar of kraut to ferment at home.
