Adoption of a resolution to certify costs to the Department of Corrections, pursuant to state statute in order for the county to receive its portion of the reimbursement. The Department of Corrections is responsible for reimbursing the counties of the Office of the District Attorney for the 18th Judicial District for the costs of prosecuting criminal cases in which the defendant, at the time of the criminal act, was in the custody of the Department of Corrections

GENERAL BUSINESS - FDP18-004 & PF18-008 Everbrook at Copperleaf Mylar Extension Request

Consideration of a request from NLD Quincy, LLC for an extension of time for the mylar signing of the Final Development Plan (FDP18-004) and Final Plat (PF18-008) for Everbrook at Copperleaf. Public Works staff supports an additional twelve (12) month extension due to the COVID-19 emergency as well as other reasons include in the report for this project that is located in District 3
