Adoption of a resolution to approve various requests related to closing County offices and use of County facilities for the 2020 elections, which include 1) to use the Administration Building lobby as a Voter Service and Polling Center for Primary and General Elections, (2) close Clerk and Recorder branch offices on November 3 for the Presidential General Election Day, (3) close the Lima Plaza and CentrePoint Plaza campuses to the public on November 3 for Presidential General Election Day, and (4) open all Clerk and Recorder's branch offices at 10:00 a.m. on November 4 (day after Presidential General Election Day)

*PUBLIC HEARING - LDC19-002 Billboard and Off-Premise Signs Moratorium Extension Request

Consideration of a request to approve a resolution to further extend a temporary moratorium on the acceptance and processing of applications for any new billboard or other off-premise sign, and on applications for conversion of any existing billboard or other off-premise sign to an electronic messaging sign. Staff is requesting an extension of the temporary moratorium for an additional three (3) months to May 7, 2020
