Responsibilities

The Finance Section, managed by Olga Fujaros, oversees the Sheriff's Office budget, which includes the following:

• General Fund
• Forfeiture Fund
• Commissary Fund
• Arapahoe Law Enforcement Authority Fund

Budget

The Sheriff's Office budget is supported by the County's General Fund with the exception of Patrol Services. The patrol budget receives supplemental funding from the Arapahoe Law Enforcement Authority (ALEA). Taxpayers living in unincorporated Arapahoe County pay this mill levy which supports law enforcement services in the unincorporated area.
