Engineering Fees are charged separately from Planning fees, and are based on the size of development and the scope of the engineering review. Please refer to the current fee schedule for details. The submittal fee is due with the initial application. The fee for review and approval of engineering documents, including but not limited to drainage reports, traffic studies, etc. is due with the Phase II submittal for referrals. (In the case of administrative processes, all fees are due with the application.)
