The County’s Infrastructure Design and Construction Standards detail the minimum design and technical criteria for analysis and design of roadway facilities. All subdivisions, re-subdivisions, planned unit developments, or any other proposed construction submitted for approval under the provisions of the Arapahoe County Subdivision Regulations shall include adequate roadway system analysis and appropriate roadway system design. Such analysis and design shall conform to the criteria set forth in the Infrastructure Design and Construction Standards.
