Nurse Liaisons

Arapahoe County Public Health nurses are here for you and your family to provide nursing services, support, education, and care coordination to families with small children. We also provide services to at-risk adults. Arapahoe County Human Services identifies families and individual who could benefit from nurse liaison services. 

Nurse liaisons work with families in Arapahoe County who meet income requirements and are pregnant or parenting a baby under six months.

Sign Up

Signing up for our program is easy. You can ask your WIC office, caseworker, your doctor or health care provider. Then one our nurses will call you to setup your first appointment. 

Anyone on Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or other services can be on the Nurse Support Program. Call us today to see if you are eligible at 303-795-HLTH (4584).

What to Expect

During your visit with your nurse, we will provide prenatal education, resources, and parenting support up to your baby’s first birthday.

Our program provides flexible meeting times and locations. You can let us know if you prefer being at your house or somewhere else.
