Request for Certificate of Taxes Due (CTD)

All CTD Requests should be emailed to CTD@arapahoegov.com. Please allow 24 hours to process your request once we receive payment.

If you are an individual making a CTD Request, the cost is $10 per parcel, and we must receive those funds before we will issue your CTD. This payment can be made through one of our drop box locations, through the mail, or in-person. Please note, we can not accept phone payments, and please do not leave cash in the drop boxes or send cash through the mail.

If you are a title company with a prepaid account and you would like to request multiple CTDs, please fill out the below spreadsheet, and return it by email to CTD@arapahoegov.com.
