Below are highlights of test-related services and studies that Arapahoe County CARES funding has helped support since the beginning of the pandemic. This is not a list of current testing locations.

View current testing locations both local and statewide

  • Longitudinal testing study, in partnership with University of Colorado Anschutz, of approximately 4,000 first responders across the county.
  • Arapahoe County has partnered with University of Colorado Anschutz on a COVID-19 antibodies study. As part of Phase 2 of the study, free COVID-19 antibody testing will be offered to randomly selected households in Arapahoe County.
  • Community testing in partnership with STRIDE Community Health
    • Holding drive-up testing events with both COVID-19 and antibody testing. 
  • A community-based COVID-19 testing site in Aurora at the 250-acre Aurora Sports Park, 19300 E. Colfax Ave.
  • Arapahoe County’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM), the Tri-County Health Department and the City of Centennial partnered to open a free COVID community testing site at Centennial Center Park. The Centennial testing site is funded by Arapahoe County CARES and run by MAKO Medical Laboratories.
