Information about proposed changes to our development code, transportation plans or other Public Works and Development projects, will be posted on our Public Notices page. The Planning Division of Public Works and Development and the Sheriff’s Office of Emergency Management are taking a proposed amendment to the 2018 Comprehensive Plan to the Planning Commission to consider adopting the approved 2015-2020 Arapahoe County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan, by reference, as an element of the Comprehensive Plan. A public hearing is scheduled for May 15, 2018 at 6:30 p.m., in the Arapahoe Board Room of the Arapahoe County Lima Plaza, 6954 S. Lima Street, Centennial CO 80112; however, please check back closer to time to confirm this date and time.

The Planning Division of Public Works and Development is taking a proposed amendment to the Land Development Code, Section 12-300, Sign Regulations, to the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners to consider adopting the proposed changes to the LDC18-002 - Land Development Code, Section 12-300.

A public hearing at the Planning Commission is scheduled for June 5, 2018 at 6:30 pm at Arapahoe County Public Works and Development, Lima Plaza Campus – Arapahoe Room, 6954 S. Lima St., Centennial, CO 80112. A public hearing at the Board of County Commissioners is scheduled for June 19, 2018 at 9:30 am at the Arapahoe County Administration Building, East Hearing Room, 5334 South Prince Street, Littleton, CO 80120.
