Comprehensive Plan Amendment

A public hearing for a proposed amendment to the 2018 Arapahoe County Comprehensive Plan to revise the density range in the Urban Residential / Single Family Detached and Attached land use category will be held at the Planning Commission meeting on January 7, 2020. The resolution and the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan can be viewed at LR19-006 Comp Plan Amendment_Urban Residential.

A public hearing for a proposed amendment to the 2018 Arapahoe County Comprehensive Plan to change the boundary of the Dirt Track Urban Reserve Area will be held at the Planning Commission meeting on January 21, 2020.
