Budget and Logistics Section
Responsibilities
The Budget and Logistics Section oversees the Sheriff's Office budget, which includes the following:
  • General Fund
  • Forfeiture Fund
  • Commissary Fund
  • Arapahoe Law Enforcement Authority Fund

Budget
The Sheriff's Office budget is supported by the County's General Fund with the exception of Patrol Services. The patrol budget receives supplemental funding from the Arapahoe Law Enforcement Authority (ALEA). Taxpayers living in unincorporated Arapahoe County pay this mill levy which supports law enforcement services in the unincorporated area.

Expenditures and Revenues

All expenditures and certain revenues within the budget are processed and maintained by the five member budget and logistics staff, which is overseen by Budget and Logistics Manager Olga Fujaros.
