Homeowner and Neighborhood Associations
Path to Government
Citizens who get involved in local government often start at the grassroots level – as a member or leader of a homeowners’ or neighborhood association. These associations are a vital part of the communications network for Arapahoe County.

Please Register or Update Your HOA with Us
Please help us to get information out to your association by registering your Homeowners’ or Neighborhood Association within the unincorporated county with our Planning Division office.

We will send you notifications for:
  • Land use and development applications near your neighborhood, for proposed amendments to the Land Development Code (zoning, subdivision and land development regulations)
  • Community meeting opportunities to learn about County planning activities such as the update to the County’s Comprehensive Plan

Your HOA comments are valued. If your contact information changes, please resubmit the form so our database stays up to date.
