Welfare Concerns
Be a Pet's Advocate
dog in carThere are a variety of components that can be involved with welfare concerns involving domestic animals. Many of these items can be eliminated by having a cordial and friendly conversation with the neighbor involved.

Typical offenses include pets left outside without adequate shelter, food or water, or pets left in vehicles during extreme hot or cold weather. If the vehicle is located within unincorporated Arapahoe County, please give our office a call so that we can get more details of the situation from you.

If the situation is one that concerns livestock or exhibits a long-term pattern, the Dumb Friends League welfare investigators may be better able to help you. They can be reached through their website or at 303-923-0022.
