Administrative Division
The Administrative Division of Information Technology provides leadership and staff support for the Information Technology Department. It is comprised of the Director, an IT Architect, and two full-time Senior Business Administrators.

Division Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
  • Budget tracking and reporting
  • Clerical support
  • Contract processing
  • Coordination for department training and travel
  • External relationships with:
    • Industry groups
    • Other government entities
    • Technology vendors
  • Key communication with all other departments and offices within the county
  • Overall department technical and administrative leadership
  • Payroll and time tracking
  • Personnel file management
  • Purchase requisitioning and accounts payable
  • Strategic planning
  • Web page content maintenance
