The Community Service Program oversees offenders who are ordered by a court to perform community service hours as a condition of probation or in lieu of a jail sentence.
This alternative sentencing option is intended to provide a meaningful and positive volunteer experience with public service agencies as a form of reparative restitution to the community.
Clients with experience in woodworking, sewing or crocheting can opt to complete their court-ordered community service hours through the Arapahoe County Toyland Project and create toys and blankets for children in need.
New Clients
If you have been ordered by a court to perform community service hours, please arrange a visit to Arapahoe County Judicial Services to set up your Community Service hours with an approved agency.
Please allow 30 minutes to process your case. Bring a photo identification, method of payment for supervision fee and court paperwork with your case number. If you are under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must be present.
